Welcome to PlayWell Gear. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. PlayWell Gear is operated by JF Peterteb inc in Toronto, Ontario.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, to buy or browse adult products on this site.

2. Products

We work to keep descriptions and availability accurate. Colours, materials, and stock can change. We may update or discontinue products without notice.

3. Orders and payment

You confirm the information you give is accurate and that you may use the payment method. Charges include applicable taxes and the shipping fee shown at checkout. Payment is processed through our merchant account. Your statement shows JFP sales. We do not store full card numbers. We may refuse or cancel an order for stock, fraud, or policy reasons.

4. Two shops

Orders may ship from British Columbia, Toronto, or both. Items can arrive in separate parcels on different days. One shipping fee applies to the cart, as explained in the Shipping Policy. We ship within Canada.

5. Pickup

Toronto pickup is offered when it is available at checkout. Follow the email instructions. Uncollected orders may be cancelled.

6. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates. See the Shipping Policy for fees, free-shipping thresholds, Monday pickup for B.C. goods, and oversized items. We are not responsible for wrong addresses, parcels marked delivered but missing, or carrier delays outside our control.

7. Returns

Opened intimate items are generally final sale. Damaged, defective, or wrong items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Details are in the Return & Refund Policy.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

Site content — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to JF Peterteb inc or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse it without written permission.

10. Prohibited use

Do not use the site for illegal activity, abuse support, breach security, or supply false information.

11. Liability

Use products as directed and at your own discretion. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
