How discreet is the packaging?

Your privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or mailers. The sender name on the shipping label and your bank statement will appear as a neutral merchant name, not “PlayWellGear.”

 Items ship from either our Toronto or British Columbia locations. Look for the location icons on each product page to see where your item is currently stocked.

Items shipping from our BC warehouse have a flat rate of $20 per order.

  • Note: For exceptionally large or heavy items, additional fees may apply. We will contact you within 24 hours with a custom quote; you can then choose to proceed or cancel your order for a full refund.

Items stocked in Toronto offer the most flexibility:

  • Trexity: Same-day delivery if ordered before 2:00 PM; otherwise, it arrives the next day.
  • In-Person Pickup: Same-day pickup is available in downtown Toronto.
  • Standard Shipping: Select your preferred Canada Post method directly in your shopping cart.

Fees for shipments from our Toronto location are determined at the time of checkout

Yes you may include any items you wish in your purchase, the shipping will calculated separately at checkout. If your order contains items from both Toronto and BC, they will ship separately. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each package.

What is your return policy?

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final to ensure the health and safety of our customers. However, if an item arrives defective, please contact us at helpdesk@playwellgear.com within 7 days with a photo of the issue for a replacement or store credit.
