PlayWell Gear (“we,” “us,” “our”) is operated by JF Peterteb inc in Toronto, Ontario. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit the site, place an order, or contact us.

1. Information we collect

You provide

  • Account: email, and a password if you create an account
  • Order: name, billing and shipping addresses, phone when needed for delivery or pickup
  • Payment: handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers. Your statement shows JFP sales
  • Support messages and newsletter email if you opt in
  • Optional jump-out page URL if you save one on your account

Collected automatically

  • IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, time on site, referral source, and general location (not precise GPS)

From partners

  • Payment confirmations, shipping carriers, and our British Columbia and Toronto fulfillment partners — only what is needed to complete the order

  • Process and fulfill orders from our Canadian shops
  • Arrange pickup and delivery
  • Send order emails and answer support
  • Improve the site and prevent fraud
  • Send marketing email only when you opt in

3. Fulfillment

To ship your order we may share name, address, phone, and order details with carriers and with the shop that holds the item. Partners may use that information only to fulfill the order.

4. Discreet packaging and billing

Orders leave in plain packaging. Your card statement and receipt show JFP sales, not PlayWell Gear.

10. Your rights

Marketing email is opt-in. Unsubscribe anytime. Order and shipping emails cannot be turned off while an order is open.

We may update this policy. The date on the page shows when it last changed. Continued use means you accept the update.
